Internship Learning Objectives:

  • Will learn and master InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop and Basecamp
  • Will continue to develop interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills necessary for successful client relationships
  • Will learn to work effectively with diverse personalities in a high-stress environment
  • Will learn to multi-task, prioritize and follow projects through to completion

Position responsibilities:

  • Create thumbnail and poster design and secure the approval or requested changes from client
  • Produce final proof for client approval
  • Rip and re-size for all marketing media (this is a minimum of 12 different sizes/specs)
  • Re-size and rip the poster as program cover for program/playbill
  • Layout preliminary program content from client and secure client approval or requested changes
  • Design thumbnail and publication (brochure, flier, etc.) design for client approval or requested changes
  • Final version of publication delivered for client approval
  • Create thumbnail and Sharing Stage/Learning Stage design and secure the approval or requested changes from client
  • Final version of publication delivered for client approval
